            Refreshing Your Lists with MailChimp

            As new wine club members are added or customers are added to groups, they are added to the lists you specify in the Mailchimp settings. The first time you load a list you can update your club lists in MailChimp using the Refresh List option.  Prior to doing a campaign, refresh you list to ensure you have the most up to date list.  Mailchimp syncing happens as actions occur in the truvi platform, therefore refreshing lists is a best protocol prior to sending a campaign. 

            To review your lists in Mailchimp.

            • Select Marketing from the left side menu
            • Select the MailChimp option
            • Click the Refresh List Link under your club or group list to populate the selected list with updated members. You can choose to include On Hold or Canceled Members as part of the refresh.
              Please Note: Refreshing your list will send a double opt-in email to your wine club members to have them opt-in to receive emails from your company. Be sure this is disabled in the options below if you do not wish this to occur.
