            Quarantined Orders

            When an order fails a compliance check, it gets an order status of Quarantined. This means that action is needed to continue the processing of the order.

            You will receive an email notification about the compliance issue and you can also filter orders in the Manage Order page by searching for Order Status: Quarantined.

            Once the issue is resolved, you can recheck compliance using the Compliance Action drop down to recheck compliance and continue the order workflow.
