Permissions, Roles and Customer Types
There are 3 options that provide high level access to users within the truvi admin panel. truvi refers to these levels of access as "Customer Type"
- for customers accessing the front end of your website
- for internal users who require administrative privileges to configure and maintain the truvi backend
- for tasting room staff who do not need access to the backend and require basic access to the POS
There are additional levels of permissions and roles that can be set up in a customized fashion.
For example, you may want to create a tasting room manager role who has more permissions then a POS user but less access than a super user.
