            Create and customize Packing Slip, Invoice, Shopping Cart and User Profile Messages

            When launching your website with truvi Commerce, there are a few areas where you have the opportunity to customize messaging.  These areas include a packing slip, hard copy invoice for in person purchases, a shopping cart pop up message, a shopping cart message within the cart and a greeting message to a customer who has just logged in.

            Below lists how to customize messages for each area.  


            Packing Slips
            • Select Settings from the left side menu
            • Scroll over the Portal Settings option
            • Select the General Settings option
            • Click on the Packing Slip tab
            • Click on Choose File to select your logo to be displayed on your packing slip. Your image should be no bigger than 300px x 300px. File formats should be jpg, jpeg, png or gif.
            • Enter your Packing Slip Message (500 Maximum Characters Allowed)
            Please Note: You logo will appear in the top left corner of your packing slip and you message will display under your order number. See screen shot below.
            • Click Save



            Invoice - used for in person receipts only
            • Select Settings from the left side menu 
            • Scroll over the Portal Settings option
            • Select the General Settings option
            • Click on the Invoice tab
            • Enter your Invoice Message (500 Maximum Characters Allowed)
            Please Note: Your invoice message will display under your order details at the bottom of your invoice. See screen shot below.
            • Click Save
            .


            Shopping Cart Messages (pop up and within the cart content)
            • Select Settings from the left side menu 
            • Scroll over the Portal Settings option
            • Select the General Settings option
            • Click on the Shopping Cart tab
            • Enter your Shopping Cart Popup Message into the content editor
            • Enter your Shopping Cart Message into the content editor
            • Click Save
             


            User Settings - Used for greeting your customer
            • Select Settings from the left side menu 
            • Scroll over the Portal Settings option
            • Select the General Settings option
            • Click on the User Settings tab
            • In the Redirect Page After Login field you may enter the URL of a page you would like customers to be directed to after they login. By default they will be directed to their profile page.
            • Enter your Profile Page Message into the content editor
            • Click Save
