            Merge Customer Accounts

            You can utilize the merge customer records feature to move orders, addresses and notes from one customer account to another.

            • Select Customer from the left side menu
            • Select the Manage option
            • You can then search for a customer through Advanced Search or Quick Search options
            • Click the Eye Icon next to the customer record you would like to adjust
            • Click the Create New drop down menu at the top right of your screen
            • Select Merge Accounts

            • On the Merge Customer Accounts screen, you will see two boxes
              • The first will be labeled Primary Customer and list the orders, notes and addresses associated with the customer account you just clicked Merge Account from
              • The other will be labeled Secondary Customer. This is the account you want to pull orders, notes or address from or move orders, notes or addresses to with the Primary Customer

            • To add the secondary customer account enter the Account/Customer ID in the text field of the Secondary Customer box
            • Click Enter
            • This will load the secondary customer account information including addresses, orders and notes.
            • Select the addresses, orders and/or notes you want to move from either the Primary or Secondary customer box
            • Once you have selected the items you want to move, click the Merge With... button
            • This will move the selected items to the other customer account
