            MailChimp Integration

            truvi's integration with MailChimp allows you to leverage the best in the industry delivery rates, easy to use email marketing tools and seamlessly synchronizes your lists with your customer's data. You specify which lists you want to receive certain data when different activities happen. This includes things like sending customer data to a Wine Club members list when you add new wine club members to your database. You don't have to export and import anymore!

            Note:  Double Opt-in
            MailChimp sends an opt-in to every new subscriber to your account.  You may disable the double opt-in option until you are fully live and ready to send out a notice. Note: when new club members are imported into your mailing list, if double opt in is enabled an email will be sent out upon import. 

            • Select Marketing from the left side menu
            • Select the MailChimp option
              Note: If you do not see MailChimp, please install the app by clicking on Quick Add at the top of your portal and selecting App Store
            • Click the Connect with MailChimp button

            • Login to your MailChimp account

            • Once logged in, you will be returned to truvi commerce. On this screen you will associate the lists that are loaded in your MailChimp account with actions that happen on your website. When the action takes place, the customer information will be sent automatically to your MailChimp account and associated with the selected list. 
            • Click Save
