            EMV Device Welcome Message Settings

            To personalize your EMV device we recommend adding a welcome message to your customer that is displayed on the device between transactions. To add a message, please follow the steps below:

            • Select Settings from the left menu
            • Scroll over the Order Settings option
            • Select the POS Settings option
            • Enter your message in the Default EMV Message field (Limit - 25 characters)
            • Click Save
