When a customer is processed for their club order, they will receive an email notification automatically with the order details. You can customize the email that goes out for your pick up club members to give them specific information on how and when they may pick up their order.
SelectMarketingfrom the left side menu
Select theEmail Templatesoption
Click theAdd New Templatebutton
On the new Email Template screen, you will want to selectclub.pickup.order.confirmationfrom theKeydrop down. This will then populate the available tokens that you can add to the email which will merge in the actual values based on the customer's order details.
Once you have added your content (Name, Sender Email, Subject and Content), ensure the Status field is set to Enabled and clickCreate.
