            Creating a Wine Club

            • Select Club from the left menu
            • Select Manage 
            • Select Add New Club to create a club
            • Review and complete each of the Tabs (Club Detail, Club Options, Club Benefits, Search Engine Optimization, Advanced, Membership Details)  completing the required fields.
            • Once all  required data is populated on each of the tabs, Click Create

            Below are the available fields on each tab of the club creation. 
            Fields marked with * are required.

            Club Detail
            Club Name*: Enter the name of the club.
            Club Teaser*: This text will display on your club list page.
            Club Description*: This text will display on the details page of your club.

            Club Options
            Club options allow you to create different choices of clubs beneath the main club. For example, a Collectors Club with 3, 6 and 12 bottle selections, as well as options for red wines, white wines or mixed wines. With club options you have the flexibility to set up a variety of variations of your club in one place. For example, 3 bottle club - Reds Only, 6 bottle club - Reds Only, 12 bottle club  - Reds Only, 3 bottle club - Whites Only, 6 bottle club - Whites Only, etc.
            Club Option Name*: Enter the name of the club option/configuration. (Example: 3 bottle club - Reds Only, 6 bottle club - Reds Only, etc.)
            Select Wine Types*: Select the Wine Type (Red, White, etc.) that will be included. Click here to view instructions for adding Wine Types.
            Select a Frequency*: Select whether your club is Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-annually, Annually or Other.
            Select Number Of Bottles*: Select the number of bottles included in your club option/configuration (1-12).
            Discount Percentage*: Enter the percentage discount that your club members will receive on purchases.
            Is Active?*: Select Yes/No. If a club option is left inactive it will not be an available option for sign up on your website or through the back end.

            Club Benefits
            Club Benefits: Here you can list out the benefits of the club. Examples: Discounts, Comped Tastings, Event Tickets, Exclusive Access to Wines, etc.

            Search Engine Optimization
            SEO is the process of maximizing the number of visitors to a particular website/page by ensuring that the site/page appears high on the list of results returned by a search engine.
            SEO URL*: This field is auto-populated for you based on your club name. If you would like to adjust, you can type your new URL in the field.
            Meta Keyword: Meta keywords are a specific type of meta tag that appear in the HTML code of a web page and help tell search engines what the topic of the page is. The most important thing to keep in mind when selecting or optimizing your meta keywords is to be sure that each keyword accurately reflects the content of your pages.
            Meta Description: The meta description is a snippet of approximately 155 characters which summarizes a page's content. Search engines show the meta description in search results mostly when the searched-for phrase is within the description.
            Shipping States*: Select Only to States Marked Compliant or Ships to All States from the drop down menu.
            Please Note: if you select Ship to all states and have your compliance set up with Ship Compliant, orders may quarantine when processing.
            Shipment Pick Up*: Select Yes or No from the drop down menu. This setting specifies whether or not members are allowed to select pick up as their delivery method when signing up for a club.
            Allow Customer Pause*: Select Yes or No. This setting specifies whether or not members are allowed to pause their membership (for up to three months) from their account section of your website.
            Quality Designation: Enter any special information or designation for your wine club.
            Status*: Select Inactive or Active. If a club status is left inactive, it will not be available for sign up on your website or through the back end.
            Live on Website*: Select Yes or No from the drop down menu. This setting specifies whether or not the club is visible on your website.
