            Club Processing Checklist

            Emails
            Make sure your automatic club notification emails are setup and have the correct message you want to include. 

            • Club Shipment Confirmation Delivered
              This email is sent to the club member when an order is successfully processed in the club shipment batch processing that will be shipped to the club member.

            • Club Shipment Confirmation Pick Up
              This email is sent to the club member when an order is successfully processed in the club shipment batch processing as a pickup order.

            • Club Shipment Declined
              This message is sent to club members who have a declined club order. To send this message, you have to click the Email Declines button on the shipment list page. 


            Ship to States
            Make sure your ship to states and that any tax rates you want to override are configured correctly.  Review steps here»


            Products
            Make sure the products you want to include in your club shipment are set to include the Club Sales Channel. Review steps here»


            Fulfillment
            Contact your fulfillment center, if you are not self fulfilling your orders, and notify them of the upcoming club and the estimated shipping date(s).
