Club Pre-Shipment Notification Email for Pick Up Members
Below we walk you through how to set up a pre-shipment notification that allows you to email your pickup club members once your club batch has been set up. The purpose of this email is typically to alert club members that you will be charging their credit card, when their wine will be available for pickup, verify that all of their account information is up to date and if you allow customization in your club, it it instructs them on how to login to customize their wine club order.
To create your pre-shipment notification email for your pickup club members, follow the steps outlined below.
SelectMarketingfrom the left side menu
Select theEmail Templatesoption
Click theAdd New Templatebutton
Enter your email Name, Sender Email, Subject and Content
On the new Email Template screen, you will want to selectclub.members.pickupfrom theKeydrop down. This will then populate the available tokens (see below) that you can add to the email which will merge in the actual values based on the customer's club membership details.
