            Cancelling a Club Membership

            Here we walk you through how to cancel a club membership. We do not recommend deleting a club membership as a way to cancel. When a club membership is deleted you lose valuable data that can be reported on to improve your club performance.
            • Select Customer from the left side menu
            • Select the Manage option
            • You can then search for a customer through Advanced Search or Quick Search options
            • Click the Eye icon next to the customer record you would like to cancel the club membership under.
            • Click on the Clubs tab
            • Click the Pencil Icon next to the club membership you would like to cancel
            • In the Membership Status drop down change the status to Cancelled
            • In the Cancel Date field enter the date for the cancellation
            • In the Cancel Reason drop down select the reason for the cancellation (This field is optional but valuable for club reporting).
              • If you would like to add an additional cancellation reason select Add a New Entry and fill out the Title and Description fields.
            • Click Save
