Here we walk you through how to cancel a club membership. We do not recommend deleting a club membership as a way to cancel. When a club membership is deleted you lose valuable data that can be reported on to improve your club performance.
SelectCustomerfrom the left side menu
You can then search for a customer through Advanced Search or Quick Search options
Click the Eye icon next to the customer record you would like to cancel the club membership under.
Click on the Clubs tab
Click the Pencil Icon next to the club membership you would like to cancel
In the Membership Status drop down change the status to Cancelled
In the Cancel Date field enter the date for the cancellation
In the Cancel Reason drop down select the reason for the cancellation (This field is optional but valuable for club reporting).
If you would like to add an additional cancellation reason select Add a New Entry and fill out the Title and Description fields.
