            Batch Updating Orders

            There are occasions where you need to update an order status, source, sales associate, etc. in bulk. In this example we are explaining how to change an order's status from "not shipped" to "shipped". The fields you can update in mass using this feature are Order Status, Fulfillment Status, Order Source, Sales Associate, Sales Location fields.

            Below are the steps to batch update your orders:
            • Select Orders from the left side menu
            • Select the Manage Orders option
            • You can then search for an order through Advanced Search or Quick Search options. For more information on the Advanced Search option click here»
            • Once you have your list of orders, click the checkbox in the header of the order list to automatically select all the orders in your list
              Please Note: If you have a large amount of orders, select 1000 from the drop down list in the upper right corner to get the most orders visible at one time.
            • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Update Order Attributes button
            • You will then get a popup window showing the order numbers you are about to update. Drop down options will be available for Order Status, Fulfillment Status, Order Source, Sales Associate and Sales Location fields

            • Click the Check Box for the fields you would like to update
            • Select the Status you would like to assign from the drop down menus
            • Click Save to update all orders selected
