            Wine Vintages

            Once a wine is created you can add multiple vintages without having to re-create the basic wine product information. To create a vintage for a wine follow the steps below once you are in the Wine Product 
            Please Note: If the Wine you are setting up is a Non-Vintage wine, check off the Non-Vintage selection on the pop up and proceed to the Alcohol field.

            • Click on the Add Vintage link. This will give you a popup. 

            • Populate the following fields as needed. Fields marked with * are required.
            Vintage: Enter the Year/Vintage for this product.
            Alcohol Percentage*: Enter the Alcohol Percentage for this vintage. Please note: You do not need to enter the % symbol.
            Main Product Image: Enter your image associated with the product for your website. If you add multiple images, the user will be able to click on the image and click through the additional images. 
            POS Product Image: Enter your image associated with the product for your POS.
            Teaser: This shows up on the category view of your website. 
            Description: This is more complete details for your vintage that show up on your product detail page. 
            Is Active: Select Active, Inactive or Archive from the drop down. This enables the vintage for sales.
            Disable for POS: Select Yes or No from the drop down. This will add the product to your POS for sales or disable it in your POS.
            Disable For Trade Pages: Select Yes or No from the drop down.
            Please Note: The fields beyond this point are customized to your winery specifically. Please enter applicable information. Click here to view instructions for adding wine attributes.

            • Click the Save Vintage button. 

            Next you can create a Bottle Size for this wine. Instruction on Adding a Bottle Size can be found here»
